Prices
The US Dollar & Euro prices quoted above are estimated conversions. When a transaction takes place, the bowls will be charged at the UK rates converted into your own currency. The exact price is dependant on the exchange rate on the date of purchase.
Credit Card Security
Eatmecrunchy uses the HSBC secure ePayments system which utilises a 128 bit SSL encryption to process card transactions. It has recently won the Best Security/Anti-Fraud Development at the Credit Card Awards 2007.
Privacy Policy
All details inputted into the eatmecrunchy shopping cart will not be passed onto any third party.
Delivery
Delivery rates to outside the UK are as follows:
Europe: 1 bowl ~ €1.35, 2 bowls ~ €2.70, 4 bowls ~ €5.60
The rest of the world ($USD): 1 bowl ~ $6.00, 2 bowls ~ $10.00, 4 bowls ~ $19.00
We aim to despatch your order within a few days by post. However at certain times there may be a delay of up to two weeks.
Refund/Replacement
There is very little to go wrong with the bowl but if you have any concerns then please contact us within 7 days. Any goods returned in an un-used condition within 7 days will receive a full refund. If your bowl is damaged on arrival please send a photo of this as proof to creator@eatmecrunchy.com.
If you need to cancel the order please contact us and we will advise you if it has in fact already been despatched. Any orders that have not been despatched will be cancelled without cost.
